Hi everyone,
We are using Office 2013 on Windows Server 2008 R2 in Remote Desktop. (not vdi)
Outlook is fed by a Windowsd SBS 2011 (Exchange with SMTRP receive, no POP)
The server is brand new, only been a month since it's installation.
I have a few users that are complaining about this.
When they receive emails, most of the times the receiving them "doubled". One is valid and the other is not.
If they click on another folder and come back to their Inbox, the "doubled" email has disappear.
I can't make heads or tails about this one.
Here is what I've done some far.
I checked the updates and made sure everyone one of them were installed.
I rebooted the server.
I deleted the outlook profil and made a new one using another profil name.
What did I miss ? I have a screenshot of the problem if you need. Didn't figure out how to "attach" it in the thread.
