User keeps getting wrong calendar time for meetings.
I have a group of people that were sent a calendar invite but one person will have the wrong time but the other 5 people were correct. The meeting is setup by a person in a different timezone. Sometimes the meeting will say its at 10:30am Beijing time but on his calendar it would say 10:30am Pacific time. Weird thing is that the blackberry will have the correct time. we are running exchange 2007 the client is on office 2007.

Hi, Does this issue only affect one user? If so, would he see the correct time in OWA? And could he always reproduce this issue? If he temporarily disable or stop using hand-held devices to sync his mailbox, could he reproduce this issue again? Thanks, Andy

there are several users that had the issue but its very random. it just happens to him. OWA will have the same result as the Outlook Client. I don't know how to reproduce it but it just happens randomly to the reoccuring meetings. I tried disabling the blackberry device but it still randomly does it on reoccuring calendar. it only happens to him in a particular calendar invite.

Hello, I understand that more than one user are affected by this issue and they also experience this issue in OWA. And the symptom of this issue is: the time of the meetings were not shown correctly if the time zone has changed. Please feel free to let me know if I have misunderstood the symptom. Have you ever tried to disable all the hand-held devices and monitor this issue(just use OWA to accept the meeting request)? Also we suggest you to install the latest hotfixes of your server and Outlook client. And did these users have any delegates? If so, please also temporarily remove them and check if the issue would still exist. Thanks, Andy
