User log on to many mailboxes
Hello Colleagues,
I have exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 server.
I have gave for some days administrative privilegs to user 'X' with
mailbox on that Exchange2003. It happened to see in Exchange System
Manager -> Mailboxes -> in the field "Last Logged On By" that
this user 'X' figures in 7 other mailboxes... This means that this user
has been logged on to this 7 mailboxes.
What do You think about it - has the user 'X' nasty purposes or what could be the problem with this situation?
How can I see more details about the situation?
Thank You for attention

First of all, User X should not have got admin rights unless he understood the responsibility there of and is completely trusted by you and your organization - the ability to perform most task required in a domain environment can usually explicitly be delegated to users, this is for security purposes of course.
I do not see any plausible reason for the user to have logged onto 7 different mailboxes in the organization unless explicitly required to do so- in this case someone other than himself should know about it or have passed an instruction to him to do so.
You could enable journalling on the mailboxes to track what has been done during his logons.
