Hi, We are running Exchange 2003. One user suddenly disappeared from the GAL. it was a part of it since last two years. It is not being made hidden. It is not appearing on GAL and therefore it doesn't resolves the username. But strangely it is appearing on 'All Users' list. I tried to rebuild the RUS and OAB and redownloaded from the Outlook Client but no luck. I also tried by turning off the cached mode in Outlook but in vain. Any ideas??? Regards, MAK

Hi My suggestion is that you can take LDP to dump of the good user and the error user. Can you find any difference?
