Dear all, We have one user here that not appear in Global address book. Some troubeshooting had been perform using “MSExchangeSA\OAL Generator”-level "Expert" but her account not appear in event log. After we rise to level expert, we perform update Addressbook in Exchange using Update-OfflineAddressBook but the problem still persist and her account not appear in event log. Already checked in Exchange Management Console and this user is not Hide in Global Address List. It's there any reason that cause this problem? Thanks. :)carckermania

Hello, After you have increasead the diag logging for OAL Generator have you not noticed any error or warning for this source once you have ran the update-oab cmdl?Normally for this tyle of problem you should get something like a 9340 and 9360 warning message.IF you are in this situation than what you have to do is to add this registry key to your generation server and rebuild the OAB:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeSA\Parameters\OAL post full if diff fails Value data box, type 0x1 (1). If you are looking for more information on how this should work and how to troubelshoot OAB issues than the place to go is the http://blogs.msdn.com/dgoldman site.Check out http://blogs.msdn.com/dgoldman/archive/2005/11/18/OAB-PDN-Changes-and-Exchange-Site-Consolidations.aspx which talks about the kind of issue I think you are experiencing.Hope it helpsMihai
