Users accessing mailboxes via one CAS reporting slowness
Hi
We are running Exchange 2010. We have seperate roles for the CAS, Mailbox and Hub Transport servers.
Some users have been reporting slowness in their Outlook today and saying that Outlook occasionally freezes up. I noticed that using Get-Logonstatistics showed they were all accessing via the same CAS.
So I need to run some Health diagnostics on this 2010 CAS server. Apart from Test-ServiceHealth are there any Perfmon counters, Powershell tests etc I can run?

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd335215.aspx - Counters to start off with. As you only have the 1 CAS, it's hard to compare with another. If you can, build
another CAS to test against.
Other cmdlets such as -

Other cmdlets are listed here depending on the connectivty. -

Hello,
How many CAS do you have? If you have multiple CAS, change the RPCClientAccessServer value on the database to a good CAS and see if the performance is better.
Basically, for the performance issue, you can use performance monitor:
Perfwiz for Exchange 2010

Then compare with a standard counters via:

Thanks,
