Users disconnected in Outlook
Hello I have about 2000 users on an SCC cluster (Active/Passive) that's on Windows 2008 Server. Some users are saying that their Outlook (cached mode) is occasionally going to "disconnected"....others are fine. Looks like we have a couple of DB's affected. Need some help :) - Can I run Exchange Troubleshooting Tool during Prod hours? - I want to run Perfmon but I have no idea of the key items to select - With Perfmon, does anyone know how I can create a Perfmon capture that will save and let me view at the same time? It's seem to be either or? - Any Powershell commands to run (I've run Test-MAPIConnectivity which shows ok)
