Users have problems with searching Outlook
Users on one of my Exchange 2007 servers are reportedly having issues with running the search function on their mailbox. Can see a few bits on the Internet, but wanted to confirm the best course of action without causing an outage! Anyone help? We are running Outlook 2007.

Hi, Have you tried Sheen's way? And do all users or some users in one Exchange server 2007 have this problem? also check all services on exchange servers especially. check events and run exbpa. also verify realtime scanning of mailbox db ... should not be there
