Users lost all his meetings
I have a users running Outlook 2010, on a Exchange 2003 Server. All of his meetings and past meetings are all gone.
I have built a new profile. I have tried everything I can think of different exchange views, resets, even on other computers as well. OWA also shows them missing, I needed so real HELP!

Are they in recoverable deleted items? Did he hook up a computer by POP or a MAPI profile that downloaded all the messages to a PST?

I checked his deleted items, the only changes we can think of is that he swith over to a iPhone,
but he is not the type that would change any settings.

Not Deleted Items, but Recoverable Deleted Items. In Outlook 2010, it's at Folder tab > Recover Deleted Items. It's in different places in older versions of Outlook.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Hi Steven,
Any update for your issue, If you have backup, it is better to restore the items from the backup.
Or, maybe they are lost.

Hi,
Not that it solves the issue after the fact. But with IOS devices syncing with iCloud be sure that your sync settings are configured appropriatly. If you have an empty iCloud calendar it is possible for it to simply remove all of the appointments on
your iPhone which will then be removed from Exchange.
