Users not getting messages when cc'd
Hi, I have been trying to figure out why users are not getting messages when they are CC'd. This is internal user to internal user. If the sender resends the message with the receipent in the to box rather then in the CC box it works fine. I cannot find any trace of it using the tracking tool. It appears in the senders sent items, but no where else. I have checked the anti-spam, anti-virus and the firewall nothing shows up. Anyone have any suggestions?
