Users not receiving update quota message
Hi,I modified the default mailbox quota message successfully but some users are still getting the old one. The users are all on the same DB and it happenes each time quota notification goes out.Any ideas?

So I assume you followed this article to change the message quota template, http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb508861(EXCHG.65).aspx. Not to say you missed a step but you did reset the “Microsoft Exchange quota service” right? Luckily there are no dependents on this service so it should restart quickly.
.If you did most of the time when we see issues with reports not generating it is because of the information store. Two things are normally done to resolve these types of issues, wait or during you next maintenance window restart the information store.

It's Exchange 2007. I tried restarting the Information Store, and I'm still having the same issue.
