Users receiving other people's missed conversations

Is there any Outlook rules redirecting to the delegates' mailbox?

Does it happen to all users or some?

Conversation history folder does not exist in the shared mailboxes unless the mailbox logged in and start an IM conversation.

Initially one of the shared mailboxes was a user mailbox. That is how we discovered the problem. We have since changed that user mailbox type into the shared mailbox type to resolve the central storing of conversation history that was occurring.

These users are full access delegates to 4 different shared mailboxes.  And the problem only appears to be effecting this workgroup.

Initially they wanted the one account to be a standard user mailbox so they could sync its calendar to their phones.  Since we cannot sync the shared mailbox data via activesync.

Are there any registry keys for Skype for Business that control where conversation history is stored.  Via the client there really isn't a granular option for selecting which folder to use.  It just auto selects from the primary account I am assuming.

I have some users experiencing some strange behavior since Lync 2013 turned into Skype for Business.

Some of my users are receiving entries into their conversation history folder from other people that had IM's.  They are all delegates to some shared mailboxes, but I do not see any conversation history folders in any of those shared mailboxes.

Any Ideas?

I'm not await if there are registry to resolve the issue. The best thing to do is probably remove Lync account of the shared mailbox from Lync control panel but the conversation history folder will still be there though.
