I currently have Exchange Server 2003 and I would like to change the domain membership of the exchange server. I want to put this machine on another domain and configure clients to use it accordingly. Is it possible to add this exchange server to another Domain environment and prepare the schema and forest then use it or should i just uninstall it then do a fresh installation?

you will need to do a fresh installation of exchange, but you can keep the database an re-connect the mailboxes if you will be having the same users
