Using public folders to save e-mails
I would like to use the Public Folders to move e-mails into different folders. I'd like to set up folders by project name and then have all the employees move the e-mails related to a particular project name into that folder. That way all e-mails related to a project are in one folder and not scattered under each users e-mail account. The problem for me occurs when multiple people in the office are copied on the same e-mail and then they each move the same e-mail to the Public Folder. I would like to find out a way that Outlook or Exchange knows when the same e-mail is being copied to a Public Folder. I'm trying to minimize server space and multiple copies of the same e-mail. Is there a way to do this automatically or set up some rules so that it knows?
Thanks, GMCWB

Hi
How about to use journal rule to auto jouranl some email to the certain folder?
