VBscript to Force Disclaimer Signature
The company for which I work has a child company which is changing names this week. I am supposed to locate a way to:A) Add a signature through active directory for the whole companyB) Remove the current signatures through active directoryC) Allow the new disclaimer to be seen both internally and externally.I have a script which will add a disclaimer (with new logo and text) but it is only used when sending emails externally, and it only adds the signature beneath the employees custom signature and it does not remove their signature.VBscript=<FONT face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" color=#000000 size=4>Thanks,<BR>DiscGo<BR><TABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0><A href="http://www.Bogley.com" target=_blank><IMG height=54 alt=Bogley src="http://www.bogley.com/forum/templates/c3s/images/c3s_logo.jpg" width=262 border=0></FONT>Does anyone have any suggestions for finishing this up for me? Thanks for looking.--DiscGo

Hi,
What is the version of your Outlook and Exchange Server?
If you are using Exchange Server 2007,then we can use Transport Rule to set disclaimer, you can folllow the article in Mike's post.
If you want to add signature template add-ins to outlook 2003,then you can refer to thread in MSDN.

If you need more help on coding, then I recommned you to post the issue in newsgroup development foroutlook add-ins
