Hi, is there such a thing as a Visio Shape Catalogue - basically a catalogue of all shapes (with their names) that I can print out (or download from the www) and flick through, instead of opening up each Template Category to see what shapes they have.  I used to painstakingly screenshot each Category's shapes and create a document that I could print out and browse for shapes - but obviously, new shapes are always being created so its hard to keep up to date.

Based on my test, there probably has no such build-in document that you want. We might use some third-party tools to get your goal. Please see this similar thread:
