Dear Support,We are using exchange 2007,Some of users are using Vista / IE 7 , if the IE Option Setting enable TSL 1.0, users cannot access owa , it will display "The page cannot display"However once we disable TSL1.0 in IE option setting, problem is fix.Any idea for that?Thank you very much.Best Regards,Betty

No Log for that becuaseIf using Vista / IE 7,IE Option Setting enable TSL 1.0, users cannot access owa , it will display "The page cannot display", even can't contact the server.If using Vista / IE 7,IE Option Setting disable TSL 1.0, it can go logon screen and acccess.I can personally send you the webmail address for a try if u want, to view the logon page status if enable/disable TSL1.0
