Hi,Yes, We have done in our environment for OWA 2003 server. To do that you need to have software P2V convertor from VM license version VMware vCenter Converter, You can do movement in online mode as well as offline mode also.There are variuos option when you launch move wizard.Some important points which you should take care ::1: Have one local admin account in local admin group2: Have information of IP and other important information before move.http://www.vmware.com/products/converter/Anil

Moving in online mode is good idea, We did online mode and had no issue with that..Anil
