Having a problem forwarding emails to frontier.com (formerly Verizon) even though I type frontier.com in address bar Outlook changes it to Verizon and the mail administrator kicks it back as undeliverable.

Do you have a cached entry in Outlook? I would ask this in the Outlook Forums or your mail administrator. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/outlook/threads
