Verizon wireless sync cannot find some email accounts
This is very strange. I don't know if it is related to an update on a specific date or what. When I add account to the wireless sync it says: Unable to find Exchange server for email address. It works for all account created more than 2 months ago, but not for email accounts created on exchange within the last 2 months. I have compared settings and cannot find a difference between the newer accounts and older accounts.

I had this problem. Turns out I had to log out of my account, and then back in with the account that installed the monitor and setup the accounts in the first place.

Having this trouble with the first phone I am trying to sync. Verizon says that it is a setting on my server. Is the answer that I have to install and run the monitor using the same username that sets up the email accounts? Thanks
