I just wanted to know if there is any way I can view Inbox folder of User B where I am user A , so it can display that folder in my Exchange OWA is there anyway to do this in Exchange 2013

You need to have permission to access the other account, then you just click on your name (in OWA) and select to  open another mailbox.  Type in the email address of the other mailbox you want to see and a new window/tab will open up with the other mailbox.  Does that help?  Because I don't believe there is a way to display 2 in-boxes in OWA like you can in Outlook.

What do you mean by view the folder of individual users?

Do you want to view more than one mailbox's inbox folder?

Yes  I wanted to view 2 inboxes per mailbox

You cannot see all the mailbox together in the left pane. But you can add other users inbox in the left pane.
