View Outlook rules remotely
Hi
Running Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007 SP2. I have a user who claims they are not receiving emails from partner@contoso.com. WHen I ran message tracking, the log shows the items being delivered to their mailbox server.
I am sure this is rule related, but I can't get access to her desktop to check this. I do have full mailbox permissions on the mailbox though - is there any way to view rules remotely?

OWA or by setting up Outlook with that mailbox as the Primary Mailbox.

One thing to note. If there is a rule to move messages, message tracking will show the folder the message was moved to under the RecipientStatus field on the StoreDriver Deliver entry.
