We have a public folder calendar for our entire company activity. We want to be able to invite this Company Public Folder to everything so it keeps track of where everyone is or what is happening on any given day. When Ilook at a meeting within this Public Folder, it opens a window for the meeting, but wants me to "Accept" or "Deny" the meeting and without accepting it, it automatically puts the appointment in my calendar. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks,
