View exchange address book under different domain setup

The Global Address List is just that, global. So in each of those scenarios users ineitherdomain will all see the same forest-wide addres book.

Clarify: whether users can see GAL from different domain
Yes, as long as they are in the same forest, which is the logical boundary for Exchange. For users who want to see the same GAL from different forest, they can use Identity Integration Feature Pack [IIFP] from Microsoft, which is a cut-down version of Microsoft Identity Integration Server [MIIS]
