View user mailbox
In Exchange 2003 I was able to login to user's mailbox using http://exserver/exchange/usernameusing admin username and password. It seems that it does not work with Exchange 2007. But periodicaly I have to do it.
Can I do it with Exchange 2007?

Hi Igor,
You need Full access on the user's mailbox which you are opening through OWA then you can use below URL address or you can open it from your OWA
https: // Exchange CAS Server Name/ owa / SMTP Address of user

Thank you for your reply.
When I try to login using user id it shows that page cannot be found. If I try to use email address, it says that I do not have rights to that mailbox. But I enter username and password of the user that has full admin rights.
Does it mean that even if that user has full admin right, that user should be assigned permissions to view the mailbox? This was not an issue in Exchange 2003.
Thank you.

Actually by default Exchange Organization / Server Admins groups are set with Deny Full Mailbox Access permission and you can see it by using below command in Exchange Management Shell so yes we need to give it.
Get-MailboxPermission <OWAUser>
You can give full access on all mailboxes in your environment by using one command.
Get-Mailbox | Add-MailboxPermission -User <YourAdminAccountName> -AccessRights FullAccess
