In Exchange 2007 Address Rewriting is probably what you want to think about.See the relevant sections in the Help file, downloadable from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=555F5974-9258-475A-B150-0399B133FEDE&displaylang=enI haven't taken time yet to explore Address Rewriting in Beta 2 but I wouldn't expect it to be a task for a "company clerk". I think you may also have problems with your "rules" too. When you saw that you want the company clerk to create a "user" I assume you mean a new user in (probably) a new domain. Is that correct?Others may be able to give you a more specific answer but I notice that you asked your question about 3 days ago.Andrew Watt MVP
