You may need to try some 3rd-party anti-virus programs to identify and remove this infected email. It's better to contact the manufacturers to ask if their products could do this.

Once the email is found and removed, I suggest you try the Scanpst.exe tool provided by Microsoft to repair the .pst file:

I don't think there is any software available which can specifically find viruses in particular emails.
