Visio 2013 Callout Process to Link to Next Record

1.  I have box1 diagram that has a callouts linked to it.  I dragged data from External Data box (record 1) to load data into box1 diagram and callout.  I then dragged fields from Shape Data Window into box1 and callout.  I copied box1 and create box2 and then drag fields from record 2 in External Data box into box2 and it's callout.  I then dragged fields from Shape Data Window into box2 and callout.  Is there a automated way to copy box1 with callout to produce box2 with callout then link same fields from record 2 into box2 and it's callout?  Is there a shortcut?

Ideally, I would  like to copy box1 to box2 with callout then link next record (like record 2) to box2 and callout automatically.... (Macro???)

HI,

I think it seem to be done with Macros.

And I think you can record macro to get vba code to link callout to data record, then modify the code to loop to run the code.

I thought about macros but I was not sure how to goto next record and if last record end loop (how to end process).  I may have 5, 10, 20.... to loop through.  It could vary....  If you had an example that would be great.

Thanks for your input Jaynet.
