Hi,
Which default language did you use in Office2013 and Windows 8? As far as I know, Microsoft Office supports right-to-left functionality and features for languages that work in a right-to-left environment for entering, editing, and displaying text.
Please refer to the following link to check the issue:

Hi
I have the same issues using Hebrew in Visio 2013. Did you ever find a solution?
Thanks
Shame Microsoft disregards users complains.
This problem should be taken care of.
The Hebrew is perfect in other office 2013 products.
Thanks,
Dovi
Thank you for reporting this issue.
We are currently investigating the behavior and looking for a solution.
I will get back to you as soon as I will have received further information in regards to this problem.

Hi Razvan
My company implements Office 2013 products all over Israel
all of our Visio clients, including us - experiencing this issue so he have no doubts about the fact it's a bug
BTW, it's the same behavior when trying to export the file to PDF\XPS
So far our workaround is to get back to Visio 2010 or just "print-screen" the page and then copy it to other software but loose the ability to modify the object.
please tell us what will be the best way to make this issue gain more momentum as it's becoming more of a problem as more customers move to Office 2013 \ Windows 8.1 and unfortunately Hebrew is not that common, so it's a localized bug.
should we open a case directly with premier about this?
