Question:
I am unable to access crow's foot notation with entity -ERD; does that need professional and if so do you have to purchase a whole new product or can I purchase this software enhancement.
Please let me know

Hi,
As far as I know, the Crows Foot notation template is applied to Visio Professional 2013. If you want to upgrade
the Visio edition, I recommend you connect Microsoft Customer Service Center http://support.microsoft.com/gp/customer-service-phone-numbers/en-us or local provider, because Microsoft has different business policy in different states.
