I have the official software from a link from microsoft Volume licensing Centre

If i run the setup.exe it says the specific module could not be found.

When i run the visiomui.msi i get "Error 1713. Setup cannot install one of the required products for Microsoft Visio MUI (English) 2013."

I looked at some threads and found some tech guy saying try the trail 2013 Visio Professional, this downloads and installs fine, but then i enter my details it says this product is not the correct product as i should have standard visio.

Thats fine so I uninstall Profesional and try to reinstall Standard but get the irritating 1713 messsage again.

Please help me to get around this problem.

As far as I know, if we download the Office/Visio installation source from Microsoft Volume licensing Centre, it's an ISO file. Have you unzipped it?

Based on the error messages, please try to mount the ISO file as a virtual drive and then install it.

In additional, if this issue still exists, please try to changed a installation source to test. I recommend you use "Click to Run" version instead of MSI version.
