Hi,
Did someone install the Visio 2013 Trial version in the computer?
As far as I know, the Trial version only can be used for 60 days in the same computer.
If you need to use, please refer to the following link:

I'm having the same issue unfortunately.
I accidentally installed the wrong bit version during my first download and attempt to install. It wouldn't do so because I was running a 32-bit Office 365 while trying to install 64-bit Visio 2013 trial. I did just the same as you and registered and got myself another key, this time downloading the correct bit-version, but the installation quit on me about three-fourths of the way complete. I got an error message saying: "Error 25004. The product key you entered cannot be used on this machine. This is most likely due to previous 2013 Office trials being installed. (System error: -2147217387)"
Which is then preceded by some bootstrap program failing on Windows.
I just want to download the god damn trial. It was a simple mistake considering I'm running a 64-bit processor, why wouldn't I want to install the 64-bit version of the app?
Microsoft better fix this.
