I was able to burn the software to a disk with no problems. When I attempt to install, I get an error message "Error 25004. The product key you entered cannot be used on this machine. This is most likely due to previous Office 2013 trials being installed. System error: -1073422314."  The install process never asked me to enter a product key. I am running 32bit and downloaded the 32 bit version. I am also running Office 2010, except Outlook is the 2007 version. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi,
Did someone install the Visio 2013 Trial version in the computer?
As far as I know, the Trial version only can be used for 60 days in the same computer.

I have exactly the same problem. There is no way that a trial could have been installed on my computer because it was brand new out of the box and I was the first to set it up. I have downloaded the trial several times to get different KEY but always with the same error as the original attempt, Error 25004. This is very frustrating.
