Visio 2013 Viewer does not install / run using IE8 (Windows 7) or IE10 (Windows 8).  Does Microsoft provide free technical support via phone to resolve install / run issue??  If so, do we have a Customer Support number.

it's working fine for me. What error messages are you getting? Is this when you are installing vviewer? Or when you try to open a Visio file? How are you trying to open the file? (e.g. double-click a VSD or VSDX file through Windows Explorer, or as an email attachment or from a webserver, or ??)

Saturday, I installed the viewer on another laptop, without Visio 2013 Pro installed.  It worked fine.  I guess if you double click on a file, it will bring up file on Visio 2013.  I was never able to locate viewer in a folder.  I wanted to check out viewer and see if I could add comments while in the viewer.  I guess you can not do that.  Do you have a work around if using SharePoint with Visio viewer?  I wanted to be able to collaborate with about Visio diagrams....

as far as i know, viewer is only able to view, not comment/markup/save.

viewer is installed as part of Office (in ProPlus2007/2010, maybe 2013 also), but in my company, we buy Visio for those who need to create/modify Visio documents.
