Visio 2013 trial crashes every few seconds.

There's little consistency in when this happens.  It crashes after a few seconds.  I can be in the middle of dragging an item to the page or adding a connector or trying to save and it stops working.

I have been creating a diagram for a few hours now.  Id say it has crashed around 50 times.  I'm slowly getting there but this is extremely frustrating!!

Any tips welcome:)

In regarding of the issue, please try the following methods:

  1. Starting the Visio 2013 in Safe Mode

Go to your Start screen in Windows 8 or click Start > Run in Windows 7, and type one of the following commands:   Visio /safe

If it works fine, lets disable the add-ins and check them one by one.

Note: If we have the "Send to Bluetooth" add-in, please remove it.

  2. Verify/install the latest updates

  3. Repair Visio 2013.
