I have installed Vision Professional 2013 and need a product key. I get this message:

Your Product Key is: Please refresh your browser (F5) to receive your key  

You may use this product key to activate your evaluation copy of Microsoft Visio Professional 2013 when prompted during installation.

I keep refreshing and get the same result: no product key and can therefore not try out the software. I have gone through this procedure with IE10, Chrome, and Firefox. How do I get the product key?

Try to reset IE then restart computer to check the issue.
