I downloaded the Microsoft Visio Professional 2013 60 day trial and it will not allow me to activate it to use it.  The email I am using to register the product has never used Visio before.  How do I fix this?  It just says the server reported a problem and would not activate.

Do you mind telling me where did you download the Microsoft Visio Professional 2013 60 day trial version? As far as I know, if we download from the TechNet Evaluation center, we will get a trial key and then use it to activate the Visio.

Steps:

Download the Visio 2013 install source>Skip the activate step>Complete Installation>Open Control Panel and click on Programs and Features icon >Right Click on Microsoft Visio
 >Enter a Product Key > Type your 25-characters product key and click on Continue button.

Ps: The trial version of Office only can be used once in one pc. (In other words, we can't use multiple Email account to register the product and use trial version in same pc.)
