Hi,
Could you give me more imformation, there are several reasons for the issue.
First, If you had installed other Office programs, you should check the Office version and operation system version.
This Visio 2013 can only be installed on Windows 7 or Windows 8, and if you use operation system 32-bit, Office programs 32-bit, you should install Visio 2013 32-bit.
Here is a link to donwload it: and you could change a install copy to test.
Secondly, we should make sure that your computer support the standard system requirements for Office 2013:
Thirdly, If your computer had install Viso 2013 Trial version before, it could be install only once in the same computer.
Regards,
George Zhao

That doesn't help in my case because I was never able to fully install the trial.
The trial set-up files for both x86 and x64 were downloaded because I chose to download both versions. Mind you, that means I registered twice and got two product keys--three if you count this morning's attempt. I didn't know I had to download the same copy
as the Office 365, so the first installation attempt failed and never started the install. The second time, I tried running the x86 version set-up, which was the bit-version my Office 365 happened to be. Again, the same process occurred, and the files were
extracted, and I was finally shown the Install window. From there I was given the option to either just install or custom install. I had two product keys at the time, so I wasn't sure what to do, so I selected custom install. Nothing completely relevant to
the issue was there, so I just went and hit "install". THIS time, it actually began the install, however, about three-fourths of the way complete, it failed and sent an error message. Unlike the first time, this message was concerning the fact that
I had already Office 365 trial versions installed, which is FALSE, because nothing ever got installed. I don't know what the hell it's pointing towards because I just recently wanted to get Visio as I need it for my database class for diagrams. Seriously,
HELP ME.
I've seen four other people get their issues fixed and I asked way before them.
I want answers now.
My first set-up failed because it wasn't compatible with my currently installed office suite.
The second set-up failed because I had already installed a trial version? Nothing happened.
That doesn't compute in my mind.
As an aside, after the second and third attempts, I closed the set-up window, and was then shown a message by Windows notifying me of the bootstrapper program not working. The hell is that?
HELP ME!
