Trying to install SP2 and it is failing: 1. Microsoft Exchange Messaging and Collaboration Services an unknown error has occurred faucility: Win32 ID# e0070101 Microsoft Exchange Setup. 2. Setup failed while installing sub-component Exchange System Management Snap-Ins with error code 0xC1037986. I can't seem to get around this issue and now the store won't load. Regards Bill

I am trying to build another server due to hardware failure. I thought i'd move everyone to a new box with more memory than do a disaster recovery. I'm trying to install SP2 and amd getting the second error you are encountering. Did you ever get it fixed? Yesterday I couldn't mount the stores. I uninstalled last night and tried agin this morning. I am getting the error but my stores (so far) are still okay.

Try redownloading SP2 again and applying it. Sounds like the file is corrupt. If this is not the issue, please post the setup.log.
