Microsoft refers to the error:

1) try copy the installation file (unpackaged from ISO) to the local drive and run

2) unpackaged the ISO file, to shared folder, but make sure a share folder has level permissions set properly.

Saw this message from MS. It didn't help. Still see the same issue. Any other ideas?

Hi,

Try to re-download the ISO file from Microsoft licence site. The current file may be corrupted.

ISO is not corrupted. The same issue found for MS Office 2013, not only for MS Project 2013.

Found solution:
1.Mark all to be installed on First Run.
2.Change installation folder to any new, for example C:\MyMicrosoftOffice
