Webmail Errors
Hi There, I am new to Exchagne administration and learning as I go. The person that administered Exchagne prior to me has notifications setup for when errors occur. Yesterday I started receiving the following error: Webmail has reported an error. Reported status is: Queues - Unknown Drives - Error Services - OK Memory - Unknown CPU - OK I have checked the queues and all looks ok. I have checked the event logs and everything looks ok, EXCEPT I am consistantly getting Active-Syncerrorson one mailbox. I don't know if the errors and the above notification are related since it appears the errors have been occuring for a while and the above error just started yesterday. I am running Exchange 2003 in Windows Server 2003. If I have left out anything please lett me know and I will try my best to answer any questions. Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can provide. Debbie
