People have various brand loyalties, but honestly no one brand is better than another.
What you want to look for is the enterprise server class SCSI drives, and not the desktop level SCSI drives. The difference is generally MTBF, and a few other little tweaks, but it boils down to you don't want to use desktop grade drives in a production server if you can help it.
Additionally it isn't so much about the SCSI drives you should use, but what RAID controller you plan to use. You want to go with something that has drivers for the OS you plan to use. A decent amount of battery backed up cache is always good, especially if you are considering using Exchange (you didn't say but you are posting in an Exchange forum).
Lastly, if you are using Exchange, you want to make sure you have calculated your IOPS per user/mailbox, and that the speed and number of disks you are planning on buying supports that. I generally try to go with 15K RPM drives in large servers, but you make opt for 10K drives if you need to buy larger drives.
There are plenty of white papers on how to do this, so just search the MSFT site.
Good luck!

If you have a brand name server it usually best to purchase an external array with the recommended drives from the manufacturer.
