What happens to email in a managed folder if a policy is changed? Exchange 2010 RTM
We have various managed folders for exchange. For example a 1 & 3 year retention folder and a 1 & 3 & 7 year retention folder policy.... If a user goes from the 1-3-7 to just the 1-3 policy,,, what happens to all the email in the 7 year folder?

Hi, Nothing will happend to the emails in the 7-year folder. All items will stay in the folder and the user will be able to delete the folder if they want to, cause it is no longer managed.Martina Miskovic - http://www.nic2012.com/
