What is Exchange 2010 ESE Error 3013?

Google and Bing searches have no results for Exchange ESE error EventID 3013!

Information Store (7148) MailboxDB05: The system is experiencing memory allocation failures that are preventing proper operation of database 'MailboxDB05' ('300c626b-88b2-40dd-823d-fb55c987f6f6').  The error could occur due to a mis-configuration or excessive memory consumption on the machine.

Exchange Server 2010 SP 3 Rollup 6 or 7, member of a full stack HA/DAG pair. Running on Windows 2008 R2 SP1

Never happened before; server became unresponsive and Application log showed this error. At time it was 10s of them in the same second, with occasional gaps of a few minutes. The full error is:

Thank you for your question.

From the issue, we could check if the usage of the memory is lower, then add the memory and reboot Exchange server to check if the issue persist.
