Hi,
As far as I know, Microsoft has many branches of Support portals, each has their own supporting scope. If the topic is off the scope, the suggestion each team can provide will be limited. The purpose is to let our customers have more dedicated support and
the customers need to make sure they consult the right team.
Ragarding your question, as far as I can tell, it's not easy to find a traditional msi download of Office now. However, you can still use the traditional msi version of Office in some scenarios:
1. You have Volume licensing. With Volume licensing, you can still get the traditional msi version of Office.
Volume Licensing Service Center
But as far as I know, your version of Office doesn't have a Volume licensing version, so please check the second option.
2. If your copy of Office did not come with a disk, depending on the type of Office you purchased, you can order or burn backup copies of Office on the
My Account page.
*Note: Backup copies are not available in the following markets:
Bhutan, Brazil, China, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cook Islands, French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Iraq, Jan Mayen, Kiribati, Libya, Micronesia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, Niue, Palau, Pitcairn Islands, Saba, Samoa, Sint Eustatius,
Timor Leste, Tokelau, Wallis and Futuna.
