Error:

Setup can't continue with the upgrade because the SFSEM (10884) has open files. Close the process, and then restart Setup.

Hi,

To find the process associated with PID 10884, please Right-clicking an unoccupied area of the Taskbar and selecting Task Manager from the shortcut menu. Under Details tab, click PID to sort these processes by PID. Then find the PID 10884 to check what the process is.
