Hi Stewart, The event is triggered by the program(in your case, the backup software) that is running on a client computer opens many MAPI sessions to the Exchange Server computer. The number of MAPI sessions is larger than the limit. I agree with Rich, in order to fix the issue, you need to contact the software vendor for further help. Thanks, Elvis
