I just upgraded from 2007 to the latest version of VISIO.  A lot of things have been shuffled all over and I cannot use it. Can you tell me how to regain the Action and Drawing toolbars? Also the Icons take up a lot of valuable real estate--I cannot find an option to shrink them.

some things (like toolbars), no longer exist, but that feature/function, is available in a different way.

  It appears that the old objects and methods are there but I did not find them on the ribbons. I found that I can make my own ribbon via the file:options menus.
