Where do I begin?
I am new to Exchange Server 2003. Where should I begin to explore and document my current system? Are there any known issues with running the Exchange Server Best Practices Analyzer Tool on a production system? What are some good resources or books that can bring me quickly up to speed on the primary focus of daily Exchange Server 2003 administration. Your response is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Welcome to the world of Exchange!!
Exchange BPA is designed to be run on production systems so go ahead. That is one of the best ways to locate any current problems.
Regards books: There are several good ones but my favourites are:

Copy and paste if the links don't work.
Apart from that here are a couple of websites:

Hope that helps

I agree with Nathan, the msexchange.org is a good place to get info on exchange. The Microsoft TechNet site is another one that I use.
