Just installed a new DC but when i go to users and computers i cannot manage exchange security for users. The old DC had a couple of tabs for the users when you look in properties to manage security and rights etc... and thats what im looking for...i searched technet but wasnt able to find it.Anyone?

Usually it won't be available on DCs until you install Exchange Management tools. I would suggest to install the Exchange management tool on XP workstation or on member servers and manage your users/recipient from there, open Active Directory Users and Computers in Program Files -> Exchange Server, there you can find all the exchange related tabs.

Don't forget to apply the same service pack you have on your Exchange server to every server that has the Exchange System Manager installed. The service pack applies to admin consoles as well.
